Access to the Telegram API

Recently, there have been frequent instances of partial inaccessibility to api.telegram.org from some of our subnets. We have conducted a thorough diagnostic check and can confirm that no restrictions on accessing Internet resources have been—or are currently—imposed on our network.

The cause has been identified: following repeated inquiries to our upstream provider, JSC "Uztelecom," we have successfully resolved the partial inaccessibility of the Telegram service for our subnets through joint efforts. The issue stemmed from changes or updates implemented by JSC "Uztelecom," which temporarily caused the aforementioned difficulties.

At this time, no restrictions affecting the operation of the Telegram API on our end have been detected.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will endeavor to obtain an official statement regarding this incident.
